- What do you believe our people are really saying and asking of us?
- What leadership behaviours may be contributing to this result?
- Which themes do you see show up in day-to-day decisions, interactions and ways of working?
- What patterns or connections do you see across these themes?
- What could be the consequence for Guardrisk if we do not address these themes?
