Nadine Heerink-Pantano
|
Born in Paarl, Nadine went on to qualify in various forms of Art & Design. She started off in this industry as a Car Rental Agent and soon worked her way to Branch Manager. Nadine went on to represent the Protea Hotels Group, where she received numerous awards and managed a wide variety of national and international events. She then founded Milestone Solutions in 1999, a reputable company supported by blue chip companies, continuing her path of success in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Events) industry. In appreciation of the gift of twins in 2005, she devoted two years in giving back by resurrecting the Twins & Triplet Society (TATS), including the Samaritan Project for the under privileged ‘multiple birth’ families.
After fulfilling the role of Sales & Marketing Director for the Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express Group, Nadine decided it was TIME... After 31 years in the industry she specialises in event management, sales and marketing with creative thinking, vision, strategy and an eagle eye for detail. Her compassionate and positive nature, topped with a hearty laugh, supports her approach to successful events. |
Helen du Plessis-Röhm
|
Born in Kimberley, Helen qualified as a hotelier at Central University of Technology and started her career in this industry as banqueting co-ordinator at The Lord Charles hotel. Yearning for growth and a better understanding of the world, she ventured on a round-the-world expedition. Upon her return to our beautiful country, Helen was welcomed back to The Lord Charles hotel and continued to co-ordinate events. She joined PIE Management as Account Manager, specialising in meetings, incentives, conferences and events looking after key blue-chip accounts. Some of her career highlights include working on the Nelson Mandela’s Inauguration, cooking for celebrities at the Mount Nelson under Garth Stroebel, preparing breakfast for a group in the middle of the Zambezi, surprising a group with the appearance of a ‘Retreat’ in a misty Scotland and seeing somebody fly for the first time. Helen’s passion for the MICE industry and need for further growth moved her to venture into a partnership as co-founding member of TIME.
After 31 years in the industry she specialises in event management with an innate ability to problem solve calmly, creativity, organisation and humility. |
