Q: Do you have minimum or maximum numbers that you work with?
A: No. Our service culture is to support each client’s specific needs within our framework of services. The transition from individual to group travel is based on 8 people or more, however we will gladly assist should the numbers be below 8.

Q: Do you charge for quoting?
A: No. We will gladly entice and persuade you with a free quote!

Q: Will it cost a lot more to make use of your service, as we have tight budgets?
A: No. We consider each brief and carefully cost accordingly with total transparency, all whilst offering our clients the benefit of volume purchases.

Q: Do you offer on-site assistance?
A: Yes. The TIME team offers extensive operations experience to ensure that each event runs smoothly. This is an optional service, however is recommended for major events.

Q: Do you only work in Cape Town?
A: No. We work nationally and internationally with inbound and outbound groups and events.

Q: Do you offer full account services?
A: Yes. We manage all suppliers and submit one detailed invoice after each event or booking.
