If you already have a U.S. nonimmigrant visa, skip this step.
Passport Holders: On or before 4 August 2023
​Non-Passport Holders: On of before 18 August 2023 LATEST

STEP 4:
REGISTER

Required by all.
On or before 18 August 2023
